Our Team

  • Craig founded Holliday Group in 1993 after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction. Building in Sarasota is part of Craig’s family legacy. His father Jim was involved in the Sarasota School of Architecture movement, which is internationally known for its clean, progressive structures that have successfully withstood the test of time. Craig carries on his family’s tradition by bringing a unique team approach to his client’s projects, which include new residential and commercial construction as well as complete renovations.

  • As a new partner in the company he brings his years of financial and construction experience to the company. He has earned a MBA and is also a licensed electrician in two states. He has a strong foundation in technology which he leverages to upgrade the infrastructure within the Holliday Group.

  • Patrick is our VP . Having over 20 years of experience he is a major player and our go to for all of our projects.

  • Paul is our Assistant Project Manager here at Holliday Group. He takes care of daily operations and documentation, as well as sending out bids and plans for new projects.

  • Our accountant Shelley handles our finances.

  • As a Project Superintendent, Ian ensures that all day-to-day operations run smoothly and are on-track to be completed on-time.

  • Debra helps with all phases of work as well as manning our phone lines and will be your first point of contact in our office.
