Craig Holliday

Keith Povich

Craig Holliday founded Holliday Group in 1993 after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction. Building in Sarasota is part of Craig’s family legacy, with his father Jim being involved in the Sarasota School of architecture movement. Craig carries on his family’s tradition by bringing a unique team approach to his client’s projects and creating a variety of residential and commercial projects all across Sarasota County. In his free time, Craig enjoys playing tennis, spending time with his family and dog, and trying out local restaurants.
Keith Povich is one of our newest partners and Principal and he bring’s his years of financial, construction, and electrical experience to the team, while providing new insights. Keith graduated from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester after completing his undergrad at SUNY Brockport. He is also the founder of Sarasota Electric, a local, family owned electrical company that offers a full range of residential and commercial services. In his free time, Keith loves to travel and spend time with his family, while enjoying all the beauty Sarasota has to offer.
Patrick Graham is the Vice President of Holliday Group and has been at the company for over 20 years. Patrick has over 25 years experience in the construction industry and is involved in all aspects of a project from conception to close out. Patrick is very production driven which stems from his previous career as a Technical Director in the Performing Arts. Patrick and his wife Dianna are huge advocates for Animal Rights and foster/rescue whenever they can, especially the Rottweiler breed.
Shelly Van Tuinen is the Staff Accountant at Holliday Group and has worked for them for 4 years after working throughout the private and public sector during her 30+ year career. Shelly graduated from FAU and enjoys working with companies to see them grow and prosper, as she appreciates the value of the hard work it takes to get there. Shelly is a native Floridian whose spare time is spent involved in the local music scene or at any of Sarasota’s beautiful beaches.
Dianna Graham is the Executive Assistant at Holliday Group and is thrilled to be rejoining our team. Dianna brings her skills as an office manager as well as her variety of contacts to ensure that our office is running smoothly. Dianna and her husband Patrick are huge Animal Rights advocates and try to foster/rescue whenever they are able to. In her free time Dianna loves horror movies, the local music scene, and enjoying Sarasota’s beauty with her dogs.
Paul Kern is one of our Project Managers at Holliday Group and has been with us for 2 1/2 years. Paul graduated from John Brown University in 1983 with a degree in Building Construction and Design. He is on the ground at our projects every day, ensuring that everything goes according to schedule and is fully relayed to the team. In his free time Paul and his wife Carol enjoy gardening, doing home improvement jobs, and spending time with family and friends.
