The Concessions Lodge is a beautiful project that is part of the Concessions Golf Club. Holliday Group worked with this new master planned home development in Sarasota for infrastructure for entry gate houses, pump stations, & residential construction of multiple new homes and Guest residences.

The Challenge

Complex permitting and compliance requirements for energy efficiency, fire protection, and accessibility can delay approvals and increase costs.

The Strategy

Early Collaboration: Engage local building officials, architects, and engineers early in the design phase to preempt regulatory issues.
BIM (Building Information Modeling): Use BIM to simulate code compliance, identify conflicts (e.g., HVAC vs. sprinkler layouts), and streamline design reviews.

Dedicated Compliance Manager: Assign a team member to track permit timelines, inspection milestones, and documentation for accountability.
