Constructing Lo’Key Island Grille required managing coastal building conditions, including strict environmental guidelines, hurricane-resistant structural requirements, and limited space for material handling on the narrow island roads, all while ensuring the project maintained its island-inspired design vision.
Early Coordination: Collaborated with coastal regulatory authorities, structural engineers, and environmental consultants early in the planning phase to address all shoreline and hurricane-resistant building requirements.
Digital Planning & Simulation: Used BIM modeling to identify structural conflicts, plan mechanical layouts, and ensure that all coastal code and safety standards were met before construction began.
Logistics & Access Management: Implemented a controlled delivery schedule and off-site staging to manage limited island road access and maintain a smooth workflow.
