The project involved addressing challenges related to maximizing natural light while maintaining energy efficiency and structural integrity, alongside coordinating finishes that harmonize with the neutral color scheme to achieve the desired light and airy ambiance.

Energy-Efficient Design: Collaborated with energy consultants to select window glazing and insulation that balance natural light with thermal performance.
Integrated Planning: Used BIM to align structural elements with large window openings without compromising stability.
Finish Coordination: Worked closely with interior designers and suppliers to ensure all finishes complemented the neutral color palette and design vision.
