The Siesta Key Chapel Pavilion was an amazing restoration project allowing us to expand their worship area as well as provide a permanent covering to their main outdoor space.

The Strategy

Early Collaboration: Engage local building officials, architects, and engineers early in the design phase to preempt regulatory issues.
BIM (Building Information Modeling): Use BIM to simulate code compliance, identify conflicts (e.g., HVAC vs. sprinkler layouts), and streamline design reviews.

Dedicated Compliance Manager: Assign a team member to track permit timelines, inspection milestones, and documentation for accountability.
