As our Quail Drive Projects are beginning to come to a close, we wanted to share with you what the last month or two of construction is really like.
The last month of a project is normally committed to making sure finishing are correct, installing all the appliances, and just getting everything move in ready.
Quail Drive No.1&2 are both entering this final stage, with tile work almost completed and the outdoor areas being finished off. QD1 has a few incredible luxury features such as an outdoor shower, which in South Florida can be used year-round.
We work closely with Signature Marble & Granite in order to get the perfect sized countertops, all with the most gorgeous colors and designs, allowing your home to have beautiful flow throughout.
Both of these homes have large kitchen islands, which creates the perfect centerpiece, with each being slightly different in style.
In the last month on a project, everyday the home transforms more and more, showing how fast this process can be sometimes. This is also true for the exterior of the home- with the Front Door and Landscaping being installed soon, which changes the entire curb appeal.
The front door of your home is always installed at the end of the building process to ensure that it stays perfect and that it will stay shiny and new until you move in.
The front door on QD1 is being crafted by Roberts Hardwood Lumber and will feature a gorgeous design on the glass that is reminiscent of Old Florida.
