The Columbia Restaurant in Sarasota, with its large open patio is a true Sarasota staple. Holliday Group has completed multi-stage renovations of several existing restaurants to allow for continuous operation for one of the oldest restaurant chains in the Tampa Bay Area.

Complex permitting and compliance requirements for energy efficiency, fire protection, and accessibility can delay approvals and increase costs.
