|Craig Holliday| founded Holliday Group in 1993 after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction. Building in Sarasota is part of Craig’s family legacy. His father Jim was involved in the Sarasota School of Architecture movement, which is internationally known for its clean, progressive structures that have successfully withstood the test of time. Craig carries on his family’s tradition by bringing a unique team approach to his client’s projects, which include new residential and commercial construction as well as complete renovations.
|Gregg Glasser| is a second generation Florida home builder, with over 4 decades of experience in the residential home building and land development industry in the Sunshine State. He has held a Florida Brokers as well as Contractors license since the mid-1970s. For the past 3 years, he was a recipient of the Platinum Award as a top Sales and Marketing Director for the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association. In addition, he won multiple awards in first place positions in the Parade of Homes. Gregg was one of the first recipients of the Aurora Awards at the South East Builders Conference for Design Excellence in 1981 and again in 2016.
|Courtney Porter| is an interior designer who works with Holliday Group. She oversees plans both commercial and residential and gives customers an idea of what their space will look like after construction. Courtney is a Ringling School of Art & Design BFA graduate, has practiced as an Senior Interior Designer for over the past 25 years, many of which under her own business of Courtney L Porter Design. Ms. Porter was adjunct instructor at Stanford Brown College for over a ten year period. She serves as principal in charge of multiple projects, active community volunteer, and has over 25 years of experience in interior design practice including design, development, preparation, production, and control of project documents from schematic design through construction documents.
|Rachael Dart| is an office manager who works with Holliday Group. She oversees daily operations and documentation, as well as the company’s financials, including accounts payable and receivable, and monthly billing. Rachael spent 8 years in Seattle, WA where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts from University of Washington, majoring in English, and minoring in Anthropology. In her free time, Rachael enjoys cooking and sharing recipes on her food blog: www.spachethespatula.com
|Graham Devitt| is our administrative assistant here at Holliday Group. He takes care of daily operations and documentation, as well as sending out bids and plans. Graham is currently in the process of obtaining his EMT certification and plans to continue his education in the field of Nursing.
