All cost estimates provided by Holliday Group are based on available information at the time of quotation and are subject to change upon final design and scope approval.
Payment terms, schedules, and methods will be outlined in each client’s project agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or additional charges.
While Holliday Group strives to meet all agreed-upon deadlines, construction and design timelines may be affected by external factors such as permitting, weather, or material availability. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
All content, including text, images, graphics, plans, and documents created or provided by Holliday Group, remain the property of the company unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for purposes outside of the agreed project scope without written permission.
Holliday Group shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.
